The Japanese Institute of St. Louis (JIOSTL) will host a merchandise booth at the Anime Festival on September 28. While our organization usually focuses on traditional Japanese culture, this time we are participating in an anime-centered event.
At our booth, we will be offering merchandise such as Tanjiro’s sword replicas, origami, shopping bags and handkerchiefs from Demon Slayer (limited version at Art exhibition held only at 3 places in Japan) , Pokémon bags, and Sanrio goods etc. Of course, we have Kimonos, handmade Japanese art and craft items too!
　

In addition, small flyers for Demon Slayer and Blue Exorcist above photo will be available for free to those who follow or like our Instagram or Facebook pages (this includes those who already follow us).
Supplies are limited, so please be sure to stop by early!

In preparation for the Anime Fest on September 28, I have been introducing one anime per day along with a related topic of Japanese culture.
To keep it accessible, I’m selecting mainly from Netflix / Amazon Prime / Disney+ available in the U.S. I hope you’ll discover a new favorite!
